Canton Borough had not used its pool in nearly two years since closing the facilities due to disrepair. The facilities had not seen any maintenance since 2012, with the pool itself being over 70 years old. The Borough approached GreenHaus about removing the pool and replacing it with a sprayground facility. The design featured completely removing the existing pool structure, mechanicals and surrounding paving and replacing it with a modern sprayground that is completely accessible to all. Connections were made into the adjacent parts of the park, including ADA parking facilities. Adjacent planting areas were used to manage stormwater, including 3 small rain gardens.
