Salvatore Outdoor came to us with a desire to turn their unused adjacent land into an all encompassing outdoor showroom that could potentially double as a flex space to host events . During the day the area is used as a display for the furniture they offer for sale ,as well as all things outdoors. This included 9 different paving materials, StruXure Pergolas, Outdoor Kitchens, Pizza Ovens, Golf Putting Greens, Low Voltage Lighting, Large scale Pedestrian Lighting and more. In doing so a drive aisle was left on the northern side of the site. This allows food trucks to come in during events.
