The client approached GreenHaus with the opportunity to develop a new Goddard School in Towamencin, Pa. The project entailed taking an existing drug store and converting it to the proposed Goddard School location. GreenHaus’s services included a Waiver of Land Development and complete site redesign, Montgomery County Conservation District permitting, township permitting and variance approval.
